Today I found a very interesting post from lyn forum, free domain and hosting for you! Which means you can get www.yourname.com as well as free hosting services by them. So I quickly see their FAQ and Terms and Condition.
After read their terms and condition, I found very worth to you guys because if you’re blog frequently I don’t think it will be hard to you as long as you meet the requirements below:
At least 15 post per month OR bring minimum 100 traffics of hits per day
No joke it’s really FREE. I would recommend blogger who still using blogspot.com or wordpress.com like slowcatchupkuan, balidreamhome, blurryhunniee, amei79, c-chingz, curryegg, 4-4-4-4 and bb community to get their free domain name. I think you guys have meet their minimum requirements.
Besides that, hyperwebenable who provide FREE hosting and domain name to you will be putting 2 banner ads and 1 text links at the bottom of the page of your blog or forum. But you’re allowed to place other ads like google adsense, adbrite, nuffnang and etc. to your blog.
Now you can get FREE hosting + domain + earn paid post + other ads. Very worth!! Your readers don’t need to remember your long domain name. Plus you can proud of yourself that you got your own domain like others!! Think so much for what? Let’s sign up to get FREE DOMAIN AND HOSTING!!

CincauHangus: they need to tipu people who don’t know about Blogging tools. From what I know, they don’t have any control panel provided because they need to cut-cost >< some people said cpanel required to pay $$ but I not sure whether its true or not
Uhh, sounds interesting.. although i’m a little skeptical too. I know, i know.. if other companies can do the same, why can’t they? Will wait from feedback if anyone actually tries it, see if the speeds, uptime etc. are good.
Wah, 3point8 is so sure of himself. I wish i could be that optimistic too.

usws: good idea… too bad I got my own domain already otherwise I can try by myself lol. If I want to earn money, I still prefer not to take so called ‘Free domain and hosting services’. Let’s say if one day I can’t fulfill their requirement I can’t even get back my favorite domain from them!

Mmm…I’d actually think twice about this offer because of the space premium. 2 banner ads and 1 text lnk is actually a lot of space which could be filled up with more content or other erstwhile ads.
Also, that’s how the company makes money, by ensuring you meet the 100 hits a day traffic requirement, they are making money off those mandatory ads. It’s an interesting business model.
For my domain, I signed up with GoDaddy with a code (you can google for that) and got a 3 year domain registration for just RM 70. Link it to free hosting on blogspot and wah lah…exactly what you can get with this deal minus the 2 ads + 1 text link. Just use the space you’ve saved to add Nuffnang or Google Adsense ads and with 100 hits per day, you’ll make more money over 3 years than the RM 70 you’ve spent.
The lesson, therefore, is to think about space on your blog before giving it up too freely to deals like free hosting etc.
davidlian: erm you’re right. Since you and me have our own domain, of course it is not worth because in return you need to place 2 banner and 1 text ads on your so called “FREE Domain + hosting”.Thats why I recommend blogspot user to think about it if they consider money matter.
this website is actually sign up hosting from hostgator, which the hosting are very stable. but, did not provide any private control panel

I got an email from them too. I just have one question though. Do you really own the domain? I mean will it be registered under your name? What if you don’t want to use their services anymore? Can you transfer the domain to another host? Ok .. thats a lot of questions .. lol … It can be really tempting at first but I think it would be a good idea to check out the real deal about this or did I miss something… I really didn’t read the full details regarding their conditions.
