Chinese New Year is coming!! You know what does it mean of few Chinese words I had written on my banner? It said �Happy Chinese New Year, Give Me Ang Pao�

Let�s calculate, from today onwards till 7^th February, there are two more weeks for you to prepare Chinese New Year 2008. During Chinese New Year festival, most of the people will wear new clothes, receive angpao (a red sealed envelope with $$) from parents and relatives. For the second day onwards, people like me will visit friend�s house to get AngPao from their parents, start gambling and this year I want to play Mahjong!!

So had you prepared anything for yourself or decorated your house? If no, please get ready as soon as possible. Because last minute works will not give you a perfect result as you thought.

Most of my friend also asked me:

Friends: ~~waikee/~~Vickie, had you bought any clothes for your Chinese New Year yet??

Me: Don�t know� I bought my clothes since last month, consider I had bought my clothes right?

Alwyn: I bought liow-loh, but all my clothes not as expensive as JonT�s who always shop at A|X, Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein and etc. But I got a new Chelsea Jersey from London today!! Got my name “Alvin” at the back, so I decided to change back my name to “ALVIN”.

May: I bought a new mobile phone Sony Ericsson K850i, the old phone donated to Indian guy already.

Cyrus: I feel so “baikah” cos I bought a new LevelNine glasses designed by Louis Koo (HongKong Celebrity) and a special Fortune Wolf�s tee as well.

Me: Swt� now so high tech already, Japanese believed Maneki Neko (Fortune Cat) is to bring good luck to owner� but Fortune Wolf, bring what kind of luck to owner oh???

Due to Chinese New Year festival, I had changed the blog�s background color.

I dunno what to prepare.
Bought some clothes and a pant from Baleno at 1Utama yesterday.
That’s enough preparation for me I guess.

And yeah the new background is eye killing. O_O
You so enjoy torturing our eyes ah?

Vickie,

The Chinese New Year celebration here in the Philippines is one very colorful and fun event with all the firecrackers and giving away of Chinese foods like “Tikoy” and fruits.

I hope I can experience the celebration in your country, just for a change.

I hate CNY shopping. Too many people around. I hate fighting another person over a stupid T-shirt.

I love CNY (eventhough I don’t get angpows anymore, and I’m not even married), Too bad that I can’t play firecrackers anymore, just because too many idiots blew themselves up for making them stupid “meriam buluhs”.
